Ron, the food you post pictures of typically make me hungry. This one didn't do it for me. It looks like they definitely hit the minimum required 145 degrees (for about an hour) on that meat and the fries look like they were cooked in yesterdays oil. Even the salad looks like dandelions. Hoping it tasted better than the visuals.

I'll take a guess...is that a portabella mushroom cap on top of a hamburger patty? Maybe that's a salad w/arugula between the burger and the fries?
