Lunch/dinner thread.

Hooray! Finally, a meal on this thread that doesn't make me cringe!

Yes indeed, salmon is great! Now add some good (simple version = "colorful" ) veggies to that instead of just peas..like four-six times as much as that starchy-carb side and you'll be all set.

Oh...and GearHead_1- Recent opinions regarding the cholesterol in eggs vary. FWIW, I eat a *LOT* of eggs but my LDL/TG numbers are exemplary. Seems like some of us can eat all the eggs we like without any problems, maybe you can too.
