Had some Tofu sitting in my fridge for a while, so I made veggie Tacos with it. Refried beans topped with Avocado topped with crumbled queso topped with taco seasoned tofu topped with green onions and of course, gotta have cilantro.

Had our annual Thansgiving feast at work Friday. I can not lie. It was all good. Going back to work afer...not so good.

All white turkey meat
Gravy
Stuffing
Corn
Noodles
Mashed potatoes
Rolls
Apple or pecan pie
Iced tea or lemonaid.

Needless to say, I did not eat at home after work that night.
