Nope, he means DSM. Talons, Eclipses, and Lasers were all built by Diamond Star Motors (a joint venture between Chrysler and Mitsubishi). First and second generation Talons/Eclipses/Lasers were built at the DSM plant in Normal, IL, and are generally all referred to as "DSMs".
