Lotus Exige with The Ultimate Detailing Machine

Great job on a good looking car. If you want to cut some time off your detailing regimine, get rid of the random orbital (UDM and PC) and step up to a rotary. Paint correction will take half the time (less passes) and less product. You'll still have to mix and match the right pad and polish/compound selection, but since you're trying the UDM, learn how to use a rotary. Again, great job...

I think Dave is more than capable of using a rotary.

Dave - another stunning job, great pictures & write up. I always look forward to your C&Bs & am never disappointed.

Dave: Good to see you on here again!! Haven't seen anything from you in a while!! Nice you know yer still out there!! Great job on the car and Thanks for the UDM review!!

It does not look tiny. It is tiny. :D

True. I went to sit in one a few years ago and it was impossible. I'm 6'5" and was about 310 lbs back then. I've lost 55lbs so far. I may try again soon. But that doesn't even look big enough for the guy next to it to fit in. It looks like it MUST be a huge RC car.

I'm 5'10". Still I can not fit in unless I take my head off and put it on passenger seat while driving.
