Looking for Old Thread (7+ Years) - Search not useful

Hello Everyone,


 


I am looking for an older post.  It was very helpful, and I was unable to find it


using the search function. Please help, if you can remember what its name was,


or a link.


 


This topic was a complete break down of the Detail method.


It covered what you wanted to clean first, and why.


I do not remember if this was called "Complete Method",


or Guide to Complete Detailing, but it also included how to buff,


why to polish, and what a glaze was. 


 


This post was also very in depth on shampooing, and how to easily


use woolite and an extractor for the best results.


 


Does anyone remember which thread that I am asking about?


Any help would be appreciated.

It was "Guide to Detaling" by David B. It was published in 2009, but included sections written in 2006.  I might have a version of it somewhere on my hard drive.  I'm sure other members saved a copy.
 
You can delete this thread. I am sure it was deleted or something.

No big deal. I just really enjoyed the system that was explained.
 
Bill57's comments reminded me that I have a few older detailing related topics in a special folder too. I had a look and found 2. One is a guide for Concours d'Elegance from the Zone 8 Porsche Club of America. The other is a detailing handbook called Detailing Hand Book by Michael (MikeyC) Cohen. Do either of those two jog a memory Bunkeroo?
