Looking for info on newer Subaru paint.

I just bought an 06 Subaru Legacy from a local dealer. The car is clean, but whoever prepped the car or owned it previously turned the car into a swirl machine. (I notice... everyone else doesn't notice so much, but thats why I am here.....OCD)



I just would like to know more about the paint itself. I read it is on the soft side, I would just like to confirm. Any products that work particularly well with their paint, feel free to chime in.





I could tell the dealer used a glaze, after a wash or two there are a few more noticeable swirls and halos.



Paint is the satin white.

coming from a subaru owner, its soft, but if you are OCD like you say, you shouldnt have a problem maintaining it... just be aware of the fact that it will get rock chips. no doubt about that, mine are not that bad tho and the car has almost 29k on it
