Looking for another product like #20

I was going to say to get Klasse but then I saw that you need to get it locally. Definatly look around for it because I haven't used a sealant that is as easy to use as Klasse. Its good stuff. Definatly an equal to #20 if not better. I'd say its better IMO. Never tried NuFinish so I can't really comment on it. Do a search maybe. I'm sure people have discussed it before.

I have only tried #20, so I can't really comment on how it compares to Klasse objectively, but several members here have told me that Klasse has better shine than #20. As for NuFinish, I have smelled it and know people who have used it, and as far as my opinion is concerned, it has much better cleaners than #20; therefore, it is much harsher on your paint.

Why not #20? I find it easy to buy locally, and easy to apply. And if the prep is good, the shine is outstanding. Maybe not as good as Klasse or Zaino, but certainly makes me very happy.:up

Where do you find it locally? I had the hardest time finding it. I still can't find it locally. A noble Autopian (Don2000G) hooked me but with my first bottle. What kind of place should I look for it locally?

Sorry, I should have qualified that I am in Canada. I can find it at all the Speed Shops, and many of the autoparts stores up here. They all carry the Mirror Glaze lines and the Body Shop Lines.

I guess I should start looking at the location field in your profile on the left before I start asking dumb questions. :p Darn you Canada people! One minute you are saying you don't have access to any of the good stuff and then you tell me that #20 grows on the shelf! Curse you and your inconsistancies!! ;) lol

:D It's just part of being Canadian, being inconsistent. Wait 'til you see threads on trying to get good cotton chenille mitts, Absorbers, Clay Magic, and the like. Not to mention most internet retailers not shipping to Canada, or charging triple the shipping cost (I tried to buy a 6" counterweight from Coastal Tool, and the shipping cost on the $3 part is $12!!!), customs, and two taxes!!

If it wasn't for our great hockey teams, I don't know if I'd still be up here....woops, spoke too soon there also!!:p

Depending where you are, you can get Liquid Glass, NuFinish, Mother's Reflections, Crystal Glo, and (maybe) Finish First off the shelf. Not a ton of users here, but search and you'll find some opinions.

2wheelsx2, I don't know where you get your #20, but I saw some for $22 at Steveston Marine & Hardware of all places!! (It's a hole in the wall in scenic Steveston :)) Makes sense for boaters I guess.

Oddly enough they were also the only place I could find that had Meguiar's foam applicators - you figure that kind of thing would be common right? (Jngrbrdman)? ;)

All Lordco stores carry the full line of Meguiar's Mirror Glaze products, but at a significant markup (doesn't matter to me, because I have access to a discount card -- good for 40% off, which makes them cheaper than Cdn Tire!). They also carry a portion of the bodyshop line. Certain stores also contain the 3M stuff. The other good place to go is Mopac Performance on Kingsway. They have all of the above, California Dusters, Water Blade, Absorbers, and all kinds of stuff. Prices are a little high also, but still better than mail order and customs from the US.

Oh, thanks I know, heh heh :D I just thought it was wierd such a small place carried #20 cheaper than Lordco. Haven't been to Mopac for a while - I know they carry Autoglym too. I think I'll pay them a visit sometime.
