From what you said you never signed a contract with Zymol. Just "spoke" about it. First of all you are speaking to someone who has signed a contract. The 12k is required as an authorised detailer. Not a reseller.

Again, not true. I spoke to Zymol at length about becoming both an authorized detailer and reseller. At the time, they quoted me 10k to become an authorized detailer, and 12k to become an authorized reseller. There is no way you can purchase Vintage at the price you quoted without paying them 12k first. You can continue to argue this as much as you want, but this comes straight from Zymol to me. If it was as easy as you suggest, then everyone here would have one year agreements with Zymol just to buy the products at the wholesale price level. They have to know that you're serious about it (requiring the 12k investment) in order to get those prices. Pretty simple, really.
And yes, I do own Vintage.
