Longest lasting "Paint Sealent" on the Planet?

Best in what way? Looks? Durability? Protection?

Werkstatt, Klasse or Zaino, you really can't go wrong. I haven't used Meguiars #21 but I understand it is also quite excellent.

My vote has to go for Zaino or M21. With M21 I get the look I desire and sheeting effect so water spots are minimal after a rain shower.

Here is M21:

I've wasted a lot of money trying to find something that lasts longer than Zaino in the beading and looks department as well as being a great value for the money. Certainly nothing OTC even comes close.

I haven't found anything to come close to Zaino in terms of durability.

Klasse SG comes close but I wasn't wild about the look.

I would beg to differ. DG 105 comes VERY close, and AW can easily go toe to toe with Z8. Just becasue its OTC, doesn't mean it's not quality...

I never found Klasse to offer stellar durability for me. That and its finicky nature, turned me off....

I couldn't agree more with TigerMike, about over the counter products,i think people are missing out by not using certain products, just because they are available OTC.

My bad, I'll backpeddle by saying that DG isn't very OTC for me as the stores I frequent don't seem to carry it. Ditto for Collinite. While Collinite seems to bead well, I have to say it looses its slickness much faster than Zaino.

I agree with DG coming very close in durability and looks to Zaino. Its also much cheaper even if you order it online which makes it a stellar product in my book.

Klasse had great durabililty for me but looks were lacking. Hard to apply and finicky like TigerMike said. Zaino was very durable with good looks, but this was years ago, their products from what I've read are much better now, multiple steps, look for a few days to get all the coats on. DG great prices, great looks, not sure about durability as I haven't had it on the car long enough to find out. Collinitie, 1 step product, looks great, but again, haven't used long enough to test longevity.

In order to get an answer to your question you are just going to have to spend money and see what works best for you, as we all have our own opinions! Goodluck!

Duragloss #111 went from Nov to May here in Massachusetts winter...without losing its shine..beading..slickness did fall of some and I used AW to bring it back...used AW 3 times during the winter...after a wand wash...

the 105 is suppose to be the flagship of thier sealants..so I have faith it will outlast the #111...

AL

Durability - zaino

Looks - paint prep :o

All around (looks, durability, ease of use, price ect) - imo, (should actually be another topic, but wth) Duragloss 105.

Now this is not including paste waxes.

All around for people who like to spend time detailing (like me) - imo, then there comes a whole new ballgame as caranuba comes into play and durability meens little to me as most great stuff last several weeks till my next layer :getdown .
