I have been a lurker of Autopia for about a year. Haven't posted much because everyone else pretty much covered everything. Thanks for all the info!!



For the record, I have tried just about every type of wax/polish there is. I have been into detailing my cars since about 1980.



Here is "my story" I have a 4 year old work truck that has been 100% neglected. On Fri I took it thru the drive thru car wash. :eek: Saturday Morning it rained, then cleared. Since I had nothing to do I decided to wipe (not wash) off the water and rest of the dirt off :eek: the truck. It was so nice out, I then thought I'd try some Waxing Frenzy on the truck. I have been using this on my boat for some time. The marine enviroment is very tough compared to cars. It works incredible on the boat, so let's see what it can do to 100% neglected/abused paint.

For those that dislike rubbing and buffing out wax (hard to imagine on this forum) , you will love this stuff. It comes off with literally no effort. The entire truck took me no time to apply and remove. Also I was not really "in to it" since this is a work truck.

I used my PC w/ a red pad to apply, and 100% cotton towels to remove. There was no buffing! Also this was done in direct sunlight and NO smearing or streaking.



Well, I knew Waxing Frenzy was good, but I was shocked at how good it was!!! The paint and shine is truely incredible.

I also tried it on a section of my Zainoed (30 coats) G35, and you can't tell the Frenzy from the Zaino!!!

Waxing Frenzy is about the best I've seen. Here is a pic of what wax products I have. (Actually there is more, but my sunroof was only "so" big)

I wish I had some before pics, but remember this a 4 year old work truck. Probably the first time it has been waxed.

The digital camera doesn't do this pic justice. You can clearly read the entire label in the reflection, the camera just doesn't pick all of it up. It does show the lousy Nissan orange peel paint though.

The truck looked SO good, I decided to (gasp!) hit the tires and fender flares with protectant. Heck, I even gave it a quick vacuuming.

Also at this time, I tried it on my G. I would have taken a pic, but I couldn't see any difference between the Zaino and the Waxing Frenzy.



I am not implying that you replace Zaino, but all those other waxes- yeah, get some Waxing Frenzy, I think you'll like it as much as I.

andriver, It lasts a long time on the boat. Again the marine enviroment is MUSH harsher than cars.

Cool, I am only a little questioning about how they say it contains polymers, silicones and carnauba. Does that really work? But damn, why am I even asking.

There site says it protects up to 1210 degrees F and is "excellent for exhausts"! wow

Also, does it have really strong chemical cleaners in it? like NuFinish strong?
 
Kiwi, the combination works because of the type of polymers in our wax. These polymers cannot be found anywhere else in the United States and are far advanced of any currently used by other US manufacturers. The silicone and polymers work together to bond the wax to the surface.



Yes, it does protect up to 1210 degrees. What actually happens is the carnauba will disipate when heated to those temperatures. However, the silicon and polymers will continue to protect. We've had outstanding results with high performance boat exhausts. Makes cleaning them a breeze.

Well, our Waxing Frenzy! took the rubber debris off the front end of a NASCAR Craftsman truck after racing...no problem.
