Little help?

Hey guys,

Every time I wash my car, the soap always dries before I get around the whole thing. It leaves those runny, soap spots. I have washed in hot, cold, medium weather, with no difference. I am using the ICE soap, which I hear is not so good. Would something like Megs Gold Wash help? I think that is the one I hear pretty good things about.

Any help would be appreciated.

Get a better soap and don't try to wash the entire car before rinsing. Start at the top, do the roof, rinse, then maybe the hood and trunk, rinse, and keep going, when you rinse a panel, hit the panels you already rinsed with water as well.

Good advise!
 
If your slow i always do the wheel/tyres and the dirty low parts of the car first. They usually take as long as the larger roof/bonnet area's.



Of course you then need a seperate bucket and sponge for the tyres. This should eliminate a minute or two off the wash time so you should be able to do the upper half of the car before the water dries.



Doing it in the sun though is very difficult as you cant do more than a few panels before the water dries.
 
Meg's Gold Class and Duragloss 901 are two of my favorite soaps. I only do two panels at a time and then rinse. Then when you are done with the whole car, take the nozzle off and sheet the water all over to reduce water spots to make drying easier.
