Liquid vs. Paste

Ok, so is there really a difference between paste wqax and liquid wax? I have always used liquid but it seems like paste waxes are still popoular. What do you guys prefer?

I like paste , but its so much easier/faster to use the PC and a liquid.

A liquid has to have chemicals in it to break it down.

I too prefer pastes, but liquids are generally more user-friendly. Pastes are often more durable though, I suspect it's because there are fewer solvents/carrier agents and more solid product in a paste.

Some pastes work great by PC/Cyclo too, especially the old Meg's #16, AKA "the paste that turns liquid".

For Megs NXT, I had been using paste for a long time on PC and then tried the liquid. I found the liquid slightly easier to use with the PC, but didn't think it worked nearly as well. I went back to the paste.

I don't know that there's any difference in durability but I like to use paste wax when I can. Seems like I use less product with a paste.

I have always used liquid wax because of the ease of use. I think I am definantly going to have to try a paste next time I buy wax. I think the last paste I used was Meg's GC. I always thought liquid waxes were better but all the most expensive waxes are in paste form so there must be a reason for thet.
