@Accumulator: Yes we do but limit them to only cars that we've detailed :)

From your technical and everyday use experience, a much smaller but similar setup (i.e. office/waiting area, 1 detailing bay combining wet, interior, and exterior with some kind of dust filtering aircon) and a small warehouse area)



1) Is it technicaly feasable?

2) What sort of spend would you estimate to create (give it in your currency)? I am only looking ballpark figure.



To be honest I would love to see myself working on a car inside a mall, through a glass window where people walk buy and get a taste of what detailing is about.

I'm afraid much of what your asking is extremely subjective. You'll have to conduct your own research and evaluate setup and operational costs as each detailer's needs and requirements vary. What I can comment on is that if you're looking to achieve showcar levels of detailing, car storage becomes a very pertinent factor so you'll have to decide early on what you want. A car-in-progress just means a detailing bay less.

We've been pretty packed with detailing classic cars for an upcoming concours event at the end of the year. This includes a pair of Jaguar E-Type collectibles...

And this is one of the cars we just completed. A GTR in a custom matte vintage gold. It usually takes us over 2-weeks to detail, custom wrap and complete each vehicle...

Brad B. are you getting ideas/inspiration for the undercarriage work on the Porsche? :)
