Light swirls and wax

Let's say I have the car already waxed, and I wash it...can I use a swirl filler and then add more wax or do i have to remove the existing wax before adding the filler and then waxxing? Thanks!

peiqinglong- Some glazes, like Mother's, are supposed to work in JUST the situation you mentioned.

Many glazes can be used that way. Meguiar's #7 is another. I have used both #7 and Mother's Sealer and Glaze that one, and they both work great in that capacity.
