On the plastic nose of my dark-red car, I see some light spots which must have been caused by rocks. I can barely feel a slight abrasion on one of them... but a couple of them are SO light I cannot even feel the nick! Anybody encountered this before?
If there is no actual chip in the paint, then is the light spot where the clear coat was simply dented or otherwise disturbed (turning almost white)? Can these be polished out? If polishing won't work, how does one apply touch-up paint where there's no crevice or nick to fill?
