LI Detailers :: And The 2009 Dirtiest Car Award Goes To...

This customer was looking for a polish and the car to be cleaned up. He was in florida working and the car was sitting at his families house for 3 years. He said it was being used so I figure how bad could it be.. Boy was I wrong.. The car was FILTHY and stunk to the high heavens. I wound up throwing away all of my clothes and towels / wash mitt used on this car. It took me 3 hours just to wash the car and 6 hours for the whole process. The family had no idea he didnt tell me it was in this condition and asked if I wanted to leave (I should have lol). All in all the customer received a Wash, clay and wax on the interior and I substituted the polish for a carpet extraction on the interior. The leather on the car was so cracked and torn that it looks permanently dirty.

That was down right filthy .I probably would have left that thing alone. That was a potential bio hazard. Good job !!!

Great job and fantastic turn around.

what the he!! was wrong with that train wreck? Did they leave the windows open for 3 years.

Aside from the headlights, the exterior came out pretty good. I surprised you made it look that much better for only 6 hours considering how bad everything was.

Excellent job you definitely deserve a bio-hazard award if there were such a thing.

Looks like they drove through a hurricane or 2 with the windows down.

It never ceases to amaze me that at some point someone bought a nice new Camry with leather and then neglected it and abused it that badly.

I get that is a beige Camry which is probably they farthest thing from an enthusiast car you can own, but still. Have some pride of ownership.

Great work. I guess it is the ultimate goal we all dream of. That neglect though is something we all cannot understand.
