Leaving Souveran overnight

Does anyone have an opinion/advice/experience of leaving Souveran on the car overnight or on for 2 nights and then buff off?

its cold (30s to 40s) in the garage, and i don't have time to buff off immediately.

any trouble with hazing or not being able to get it off if left on for 1-2 nights?

I haven't tried with souveran, but i have with klasse, zaino and bf. I think all of those worked well over night. While i don't have any physical proof of the improvment, im' sure it didn't hurt anything. Though with a thicker wax you'd want some kind of clean enviroment. A lot of dust/particles can stick into that wax over night. If it's a really dusty area you might not want to then be buffing off (with effort) that wax. It might put small scratches in the surface.

if its your own car just wax it one panel at a time.easy on easy off.clean each panel with a qd and a cloth before waxing

Souvern is not supposed to dry. You are supposed to buff it off wet. It takes me less than 25 minutes to do a 4 door.

Agreed!! You might find if you leave it on overnight that you will need a chisel to get it off. Souveran and carnaubas like it don't need a cure time like the synthetics Dr. Jones mentioned. Its a totally different product needing a different usage method.

I see no benefit to leaving it on for any length of time. Wipe it on and wipe it off. If its smears or hazes you used too much or it was too humid for application (a synthetic will prolly do the same). Spray on some distilled water to flash cure it and wipe it clean.

We were blessed with some pretty warm weather the other day when I applied the Souveran to my car, and even better, the heating bill for when I applied SG in my warmed garage wasn't bad at all, hardly any difference. So I warmed up the garage for the Souveran applications.

Leave wax on for a couple days and you end up with this:

I use Souveran on my Jade Green (dark green) truck.

Do NOT leave it on overnight. You wont like the aerobics workout the next day.

I literally walk around with the wax pad in one hand, and the MF towel in the other.

wax on, wax off.

(don't ya just hate hearing that dang saying???_
