Leatherique restoration help- how long should I let it sit if not in a car?

I just purchased a set of the Leatherique duo and before I start using it on cars I thought I'd test it out on a nice executive leather desk chair I obtained for free from a random guy I helped move. I covered it once with the Rejuvenator and saw that it was still not fully clean so I added a second coat. Before I added the additional coat I touched the surface and it was a little tacky feeling and the leather did have the appearance of being dry in just a few spots. Everywhere I've looked to find more info says to enclose the leather in a heated space of sorts. This chair has just been sitting inside my garage and all I have to cover it with is just a blue tarp. I'm not sure if I should cover it with that or not? It's been cloudy and rainy these past several days so I haven't been able to move the chair outside into direct sunlight. With the second coat on it's been sitting for 24 hrs now and just has a glazed look to it; like a glazed ham without the stickiness feeling. Would moving it outside be a bad thing or would putting it in direct sunlight for a few hours when possible actually be just what I need to fully cure the Rejuvenator oils? If leather cannot be covered or shut inside an enclosed car outside whats the next best way to fully cure the Rejuvenator oils properly yet quickly too? Or do I just have to let it be for several days?

Well it seems like the last of the rain just finished falling a few moments ago. The suns out and the sky is clear now. I'll cut up some trash bags to wrap the chair with and then roll the chair outside for a bit and report back.
