Leather Stuff on vinyl???

Why would you use leather cleaner/conditioner on vinyl? Would it not be wasting the conditioning part of the product? Can I eliminate Natural Look? I'm just wondering what benefits I would get from using a leather product on vinyl and if I can reduce the number of products I buy?

Why do i use it on the dash, door panels, etc.? It leaves a nice dull look to the surface, unlike most waterbased all purpose dressings that leave a shine/sheen. Its not as greasy/sticky like most dressings, so it does not collect dust as fast. And it keep the plastics/vynils soft and protected from drying out.

I would use it in cars that have leather seats to keep the continuity of the leather scent in the car, especially those with new cars who don't want to lose their new leather scent. On cars with cloth seating it would be sort of strange to smell leather, so this is where I'd choose Natural Look.

As Truedetailer said it would be leaving a very matte finish while helping to preserve plastics

Can I eliminate Natural Look?

if you want every detail to have a leather scent  :)

I did not relize you were talking about the poorboys leather cleaner/conditioner. Thought you were talking about them in general. I should have looked at what forum this was in, Anyways i have not used the poorboys one. Sorry.

Thanks for the input. I was really wondering how a leather "conditioner" could soak into plastic/vinyl to keep it plyable? I always thought that plastic/vinyl would outgas and fade from UV and heat, so the only thing you could do to prevent that was use a dressing.
