Leather seats restore

my friend has a 98 BMW 5 series. He has light grey leather seats and on the driver seat he has a spot were its faded or worn. Just wondering what he could do to fix or cover up this problem. I remember someone recommending a leather restore kit to someone else but don't remember who made it.

Their are people out that touch up fabric, leather , and vinyl for car dealers. They will do the same for you. Talk to a used car manager at a new car dealer, and he should tell you who he uses. In my area to 2 companys that do this are Creative Colors and Lavertys. Creative Colors is a franshise so they may be in other parts of the country.

I'd rather hire a pro (somebody did a nice job on the driver's seat of my '97 M3) but if I were doing it myself I'd probably use THIS.

Leatherique works well and even sells dye and will match to a sample.

I have seen this used with great results. I have heard of people restoring entire seats with this and comming out like new. But it is time consuming.
