Hi all..A friend of mine has a boat with leather seats in it..The boat has no cover at all and i would like to ask how i should protect them...A normal leather clean/protect kit is OK or is there anything else more specified for this case??

Thanks

It's vinyl! If so....Clean with Roll-Off or Sonus leather/vinyl cleaner and then seal them with 303 Protectant. Leather smells like leather. Look at the back side of the covering -- if it's fuzzy like an animal hide you have leather, if looks too perfect then it is vinyl. I have NEVER seen leather used on a boat/yacht in open air places.

The seats are completely flat if you understand what i mean...They look like leather in touch but it is a flat surface....

give me a call i am also at the island 99686199 Nicosia

they need A LOT of attention all year round if they are leather ( i think not )

thanks

I would use 2 coats of Duragloss protectant every 2-3 months or so

3 coats last pretty good on my jetski seat, and that sees more "wear and tear"
