Leather Conditioner???

I conditioned my leather seats this past Saturday. I used the Eagle One Leather Conditioner. It left a "oily" glaze on the seats. I tried to wipe it all off, but I could not get it all.



What should I use? What other products have you all used, with positive results? Not too many product reviews on leather conditioners.

I personally use the Lexon Leather Cleaner and then the Conditioner (It's two seperate product). I havn't had any qualms with it except I hate cleaning my interior :)
 
I have had problems in the past with Lexol. Their cleaner is crap. It took me a whole bottle to clean my two front seats. And I clean my interior almost every two weeks. I just purchased CMA's Pinnacle Interior kit. I should get it sometime this week. I'll post a reply on the results!!! jj :)

Hum it takes me all of a few squirts per seat.. wtf were you doing bathing your seats in it?
 
I think I used 2 squirts per seat too. I used a microfiber covered foam applicator wet, so maybe that helped. I don't have any stains cause my leater is black, but it looked soo good, I didn't want to condition it. I put Lexol on half the seat and Z10 on the other half, guess we'll see looks better over time.



Definately go for the MF applicator sponge :up
 
Well, I will find out how good Lexol is, as I just ordered the Lexol kit from CMA. Since my seats are brand spanking new, I really don't need to clean the leather (not that I won't, but they are really clean, and I am the only one that really rides in the car).



Thanks for the input. I was going to get the Connolley treatment, but I realized that was more for the Connolley leather, so that would not have been the best match.

PS. Steve, I am now a VW owner. I moved on from the BMW to the VW. So far so good.

Techincally yes, considering Toyota owns Lexus.



Just like VW owns Audi/Bentley/Bugatti/Laborghini/Seat/Skoda...

Well hell!! I can just tell my wife that I'm going to buy her a Chrysler for her next car.... it's owned by MBZ! Or maybe I can buy her a Mazda and tell her it's technically a Mazda/Ford/Jaguar! She's always wanted a Jag! Funny how VW drivers fool themselves into thinking they drive an Audi... LOL

I never said I drove an Audi, I drive a VW :) and I like it just fine..



He said "VW/Audi family".. just like GMC has their 'FAMILY'... just like FORD has their 'FAMILY'..

it always spooks me a little to see chrysler parts on a benz, however the audi parts with the rings on my VW are neat :) when there was rumors that Ford wanted to buy out VW, I wasn't happy.



VW owns Audi not the other way around.



Fear not VW owners the Phaeton is near (pictured) and the W8 is already here.

I don't think VW would let Ford buy them out.. unless they were bankrupt or close.. VW has it's own Cult Following.. every car manufacturer does really..
