Leather conditioner

I want to buy some leather cleaner / conditioner for my Porsche 911 Turbo. The leather is a very soft matte balck leather which is still like new as the car only has 15000 miles. I want something that will soften and protect the leather. I need something that is not greasy and maintains the facotyr matte shine. A slight leather smell would be nice too, but nothing over powering.

What should I go for?

How should I apply it?

I have been recommended Swissvax, but am also considering the following:

Poorboys leather stuff

Zaino Z9/Z10

Connelley leather

Any other ideas?

out of your list, i've only used Z9/Z10...good products. the scent is fairly strong with the Z10, but it doesn't linger for too long (2-3 days or so i'm guessing). it gives a nice finish to the leather...i just apply and then wipe with a dry MF towel after to decrease the shine a bit.

Duragloss leather conditioner is decent as well.

Z10 & Chemical guys leather conditioner are my top shelf stuff. Lexol is my 2nd choice. I just like the smell of the Z10 and CG conditioner more than the Lexol. Lexol is great stuff given this is the only thing they do, they gotta be one of the best.

Lexol is a good product, but did not like the feel when I sat on my leather after application. Felt sticky.

I simply use Megs or Z-9 & Z-10.

If lexol has a tacky feel you didn't properly buff it off as instructed. It is as dry and soft of leather care product as any out there, there are tricks to each one, pretty much just follow instructions.

I think most people do this with Lexol. I have yet to find anything that leaves leather as soft as Lexol does.

I buffed off lexol with a clean towel... but made my cloths sticky to the seat.. It was on my RSX-S and TL.

I guess the leather is different.

You were definately doing something odd. I had that exact car (tl) and never had any issue like that.

Weird... huh? Lexol looked fantastic, but when I sit inside... I felt stiff sitting inside, like my clothes would stick on the seats.

On Porsche leather, Id use Sonus Leather Conditioner. It matches the factory feel and smell better then any of the other conditioners ive used.

Z10 is always a good choice.
