I found that my leather looks is starting to look like plastic in the Heavier wear Area its starting to get really shiney and tacky kind of what is a good product to use for this I have searched some threads but found nothing on how to get that shiney look out. Thanks

I recently tried the Pinnacle Leather Cleaner and followed up with the Leather Conditioner. I didnt have have any shiny areas but the seats were pretty dirty and neglected.(They are,of course, in my wife's car)I get very good results. The condioner made the the seats smell like leather again.I would recommend it.

Fr0zen,try using a stiff brush with a cleaner and scrubbing the leather. It may be slick due to dirt or being too dry.

Im actually going to try #39 HD Vinyl and Rubber cleaner on the really soiled area's then go over with Meguiars Detailer Leather Cleaner and Conditoner.

I would not use 39. Color fastness is deafinately an issue on leather with that product. I would suggest using the megs you have or getting some of the new platnum leather cleaner from dwayne. I have not used it yet but I love there conditioner.

Leather treatments

For my Ecru interior, I use the Einszett Lederpflege on all leather! No offensive odor, cleans OK, but protection is very good and feed leather with wax and oils.

I hear some people use the Leather Rejuvenator with very good results. It takes several steps, but seems to do the trick. I'm not sure who makes it. I'm sure someone will post the link. Check on Autopia as I've seen it discussed there quite a bit.

Koop why no #39 I used it to clean my leather but it was really dirty and shiney and it did a wonderfull job I conditioned afterwards and got good results.

It works well and I find it cleans very well without and color fastness It made the leather completly non shiney and left it reallys smooth and not tacky I later conditioned it and it worked great I find that on the dash I have to spray the stuff and work it in with a stiff brush then whipe with a MF or more agressive towel to get it perfect.
