last 6 details - Fit, Legacy, Celica, WRX and 2 MR2's-56K

What a busy 2 weeks!



Thankfully, I had 3 cancellations this weekend or I'd be dead right now.



last weekend started friday night, with the 2 month old black Fit.

Some minor swirling on it, got most of it out. a bigger car than it appears, both interior wise and surface area to buff wise. This black was more of a midnight pearl, as it looked blue under certain lighting (As seen below)



Some Highlights:

Next day started early with this horribly haloed 05 Legacy. He bought it used and came with free dealer installed Halo's.

Next about 2 hours after the Legacy was a black 00 Celica GTS that was recently put up for sale.



I had a hell of a time with the sever swirls on this thing. I DACP'ed x3 on some spots (didn't wanna step up to the Diamond Cut, the most aggressive I had) I did the car indoors, and it looked great in the limited lighting, but when we pulled it out, it looked like I hadn't even touched the thing. I blame the neglected single stage paint.

Then the next week sunday was this WRB WRX Wagon: Did his silver supra 2 or 3 weeks prior and he wanted his WRX done also.



04, some moderate swirls, nothing major to point out.

Now we get to today



Detailed a pair of MR2's today, mine red and a black one, both 93's and both turbos (his stock and mine way modded)



First the black one:



Paint was very dry and swirled. Looked like it hadn't been waxed in a few years easily. Sever clearcoat failure on the drivers side of the hood.



Got most of the swirls out, but a black car will never be perfect.

Now on to my neglected beast next. . .



Now my car got the full treatment before and after the black one (he was a 2PM appointment, I started on mine at 10:30 AM and ended around 7ish after his) car, cuz it hasn't gotten it since last MAY, yes, over a year of oxidation and dirt on it.



If the black car's car's paint was dry, mine was sitting in a desert for years.



I literally have nothing to wipe off at each step except for the sealant, which doesn't soak in that much.

Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze (I believe that's what it's called)

#34 final inspection between each coat and x2 after

NXT (coat #1, #2 to come tomorrow possibly)
