Langka ?

I've already done a LANGKA search but still have three questions: 1. Does it work well on solid colors? 2. It LANGKA just an over-the-counter solvent put in a small package? 3. Would I get the same results with acrylic laquer thnner or acrylic enamel reducer?



Over the past 40 years, I have become pretty good at touch-ups on solid colors, especially black, using a procedure similar to that described by David B. in BetterCarCar.com. Is LANGKA worth a try?

If you're quite proficient at wetsanding touch-up spots, Langka isn't worth the money. However, I've seen more attempts taken down to primer or bare metal accidentally than I can count on 2 hands. For those of use who don't know when to stop wetsanding, Langka is a good deal - remember, the worst you'll do is wipe away all the touch-up and have to start over.



That's more than I can say for wetsanding.

Thanks for the information. I'll give Langka a try. I get mighty nervous with that sandpaper or sanding nib in my hand.
