Lancer and other cars during busy 2 weeks

It was nice to get back into detailing some cars and do some really good testing of a heap of new products

The first of the bunch was a vixen (orangey-red) BA Falcon XR6 Turbo ute (no pics yet)

This had quite a bit of marring and medium swirls but no oxidation

Upon pick up at the dealership when new 18 months ago it looked worse than it does now



The customer was absolutely in awe and it didn't even have any marks when under sodium vapour lights at BP servo on the way home



Next was a black BA falcon XR6 sedan

This thing was absolutely covered in fallout, it almost destroyed a brand new clay magic blue bar



It turned out superb thanks to the optimum hyper compound that had just arrived

Basil the customer was wrapped and vowed to wash the car the autopian way



Once that went out the garage, along came a Ford Focus Zetec in silver

Sadly this car although being only 4 months old had dust in the paint and three thin spots on the roof and a paint run in the boot



Only hand polished that one



And finally a 90's lancer totally oxidised and burnt with white water spots over the entire car and pink in colour, not bright peach like it should have been

Nice work but it would be so much easier if you uploaded your pics into your FREE autopia gallery and inserted them in the thread using tags. Kind of hard to sort through your album to find the cars you are talking about.



....but you have some seriously shiny cars in it! :)

Yeah thanks for that, I bet though that they are not as deep and shiny as your brilliant work

I have a PC and just waiting on a step down transformer to use it and I have both sized flex plates and DAS pads - can't wait to mess around with it]
