Lake Country`s new machine.....

And here it is, almost 6 months later and all I`ve heard is that there is NO release date now because the weight is over 10lbs, there`s too much vibration and the thing is uncomfortable to hold for any length of time. Oh well.
Weight was said to be ~7.5lbs in the most recent marketing videos I`ve seen.

Still too heavy IMO.

My Makita weighs in at 10 lbs; I think this is lighter than the Dewalt Rotary..
10lbs is not really heavy to me.. I like the workout actually; Use it long enough and it gives you big arms and shoulders, etc..
Or was it all those cords of firewood I cut and split for years??? :)

Anyone here use an air powered DA for polishing with a foam pad? The seem much more compact than electric polishers if you have a large enough air compressor.

I’ve been hearing nothing but problems with this tool. Personally, having a machine that can offer several different movements does nothing for me. It’s actually less efficient to have to swap out pads and movements vs just having a separate machine already set up to grab/use.

I use a GG 3" pneumatic with both MF and foam for spot-correction, probably more often than I use anything else. Sure wouldn`t mind something more potent in that size though (hate my Rupes Mini so much I never even consider reaching for it).

I agree 100%.
