Klasse Stone Chip Proof?

Since the advertisements describe Klasse as non chip, does thuis mean that your paint work will not get chipped by stones thrown up by other cars?

i saw this stuff at the paintstore one time thats suppose to be a chip protection that came in 2 bottles. im not sure if its suppose to be sprayed on (another coat of clear kind of) or if its a product that you wipe on.. i got to take a double look next time but it was on the shelf and looked like a product an everyday person would pick up (how they usually have the hardcore stuff in the back).
