I was wondering if I could use Klasse SG after Menernza Intesive polish/FP2 or would that affect the bonding or should I Klasse All-In-One then go to Klasse SG
With those polishes you should be all set. You get into bonding issues with some paint cleaners, glazes, and sealants and waxes. For best durability, you may want to use AIO but no means necessary IMO.
