Pivo,
Before you even consider AIO, you need to make your paint as good as you can get it, which means beginning with clay (Mother's kit from PepBoys, Autozone,...), then polishing out any parking lot abuse and removing swirl marks (using the DACP and IP as Bill D said) Paint polishing is best done with a PC, unless you are built like Schwartzenegger. I bought my PC at Empire Tools on Old Hempstead @ 34th. The DACP-KIT from CMA is a good starting point to start with, but make sure you add an additional orange cutting pad to attack those really nasty spots. When you have polsihed your paint and cannot see any more scratches or swirl marks, drive to a Krogers at night and look at the paint under the lights. Stop off at Office Depot and buy some of those colored sticky circular markers (EASY PEEL) to mark places you see additional scratches under the night lights. Hit those spots again with the PC. When you see no more scratches, the you can do the rest.
You should do AIO x 2, the first will clean the paint and the second will make sure you haven't missed any spots. Then consider SG x 5 to maximize the shine and protection. Finally wax of your choice, Souveran and P21S are good, with P21S having less "dust holding" abilities the the S and is cheaper. Do a search here to review the experts commentary about both.
