Okay, about two months ago I cleaned my 2002 Indigo Blue Passat with Dawn, then used Klasse AIO, and the used the Sealant, but was only able to apply one coat (live in the city and borrowing a place to detail the car, friend in suburbs, is a bit difficult). So, now I want to give it a good wash again and another coat of the Klasse sealant. My question is: do I need to use AIO after washing, before adding another coat of the sealant glaze??



Appreciate any advice.

No, AIO's purpose is to clean and prep the surface before the first application of SG. If you applied AIO on top of your layer of SG, then it would technically "clean off" the SG. Just do a normal wash and apply another layer of SG.
