I think you might be going overkill as well - AIO 2x a year is probably just fine - especially if you're going the clay and carnauba topper route.
I use the P21S paste wax on the same white Mercedes paint, and can honestly say that:
I saw a difference in just SG and SG covered with P21S
The P21S was incredibly easy to apply
The P21S is actually fairly durable
Check out the product reviews section - I listed my experience with P21S there. Honestly - now, that's my QD. It takes all of 20 minutes to do my entire ML320 with P21S after a wash. It wipes on, wipes right off. No need to cover trim (no residue), no hard buffing, no curing time - nothing.
I'd just go the clay and AIO route twice a year (which is what I plan to do - right before winter starts, and right after winter's done). Then, you can ground the car to do the SG application. In between - just throw some P21S on, and your car will always be smooth, reflective, and very well protected.
Everyone's regiment is different - but so far, in the three months that I've owned my car, through a very muggy + occasionally snowy NY winter, the detail has held up incredibly well.
