Klasse/Collinite Combo?

Hey Fellas,

I apologize upfront for the newbie question, but I did search first and couldn't find the answer I'm looking for. I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Fit in Storm Silver Metallic (check out attachment for colour reference). I've decided on using Collinite Super Doublecoat 476s as my wax, but I'm wondering am I wasting money if I use Klasse All-In-One and Klasse Sealant Glaze before applying the Collinite? OR should I just apply the Collinite right after I clay? What would be the best procedure - because right now I'm thinking wash, dry, clay, Klasse, then Collinite.

Thanks-in-advance :)

I'm thinking either ZAIO or AIO is a great base for Collinite, I'd personally skip the SG. Collinite is my GOTO wax when I use a wax, and I always use ZAIO or AIO under it.

I echo those sentiments, I used KAIO and Collinite on the regular. Used it on my 07 Vivid blue pearl Fit before I got rid of it

Wow, that's a quick response! Thanks-a-bunch, fellas. Klasse All-in-One it is then. I just want to make sure I'm not wasting money on buying Klasse. :)

Another product you might want to consider is JW Prime Carnauba if you are using Collinite as your LSP.

FitSport- I too would skip the SG and just apply the Collinite over the AIO. I *would* use something after the claying and AIO is a good choice, but I always end up using something else before my Collinite...just a personal preference but I prefer 1Z MetallicPolishWax or WaxPolishSoft. But I don't want to muddy the waters and you won't go wrong with the AIO.

Oh, and Welcome to Autopia! Heh heh, nice to see somebody using a different font when they post :D
