Continued thread of the 2014 BMW detail. You can see the first two threads here> SONAX and WASH

I used Klasse All In One with the FLEX XC 3401 and a Scholl Concepts 5.7 inch Orange Polishing Pad.

The paint was fairly dull and had quite a few water spots, I started correcting and did 3-4 quick section passes. The Klasse corrected very quickly and was very effortless. The only problem I did have with it was wiping off the product. I sprayed Scholl Concept SW20 Speed Wax and the Klasse AIO wiped right off.

Jesse@autopia- Interesting that you could get correction with the KAIO, I've always found it functionally nonabrasive (at least on bc/cc paint). I guess maybe the pad (in-and-of itself) was doing most of the work. Sure turned out nice!

I have used it the same way for paint that was basically just 'lifeless'. It does the trick. No real correction to speak of in the KOA itself, pad is doing the work. So just a little reduction in light swirling, good paint cleaning and helps a bunch with gloss.

Right which is exactly what any quality paint cleanser should do. KAIO is great but so are several others. Prima, Ultima, P21s, Sonax etc I've tried them all and seem to prefer the Prima & Ultima products the most. But that said, I always keep a small bottle of KAIO in the cabinet.

Do you have a video of this (KAIO via machine). In all my years, everyone always said they did it by hand. I've done it by machine but it would fry up to quick on me every time. Do you have a video?
Thanks.

Shrink your work area, and be sure to use the product "wet." Too many people get caught up in "pea sized" drops and end up using way less product than they should. Klasse AIO is a cleaner wax, and in order for it to CLEAN the paint, a sufficient amount of product needs to be applied, especially when working by machine.

Jesse used the correct amount which is why it didn't dry up on him.
