Klasse AIO/Souveran vs. RMG/Natty's Blue

Thanksgiving is around the corner and I dont just plan on stuffing my face with turkey while the dallas cowboys get their butts kicked. I'll have a few days off from work and want to experiment with the KLASSE AIO/SOUVERAN combo. At this time my nighthawk black pearl Acura has the following...

Clearkoat RMG...

Poorboy's EX-P..

Natty's Blue.......

I like the way it looks(wet), but I keep reading about the how nice the KLASSE AIO/SOUVERAN combo looks on reds and blacks. Compared to the combo I currently have what can I expect from the klasse/wax combo? :nixweiss

If I do try the klasse/wax combo I'll let the Klasse AIO cure overnight then apply 2 coats of Souveran, I'll also let the first coat of wax cure overnight.

Please reply with your opinions....

I prefer RMG between the AIO and Souveran here.

For me I would just add a coat of Souveran over your Nattys Blue layer.

hey man, i'm all for experiment.. i tear down combo's and re-do 'em all the time..

your RMB, Ex-p and Natty's is my fave combo that i tend to go back to time and time again..

i've had great 'wet looking' finishes with aio/sg and souveran .. so you may want to add SG into the mix..

if youve got some VM at your disposal, trying putting a layer of that under RMG. On my dark blue car ive noticed a bit more depth and wetness when using both vs RMG alone. The paint also seemed a bit darker even in full sunlight situations.

What I would do is use AIO on the entire hood then on half the hood put RMG then Souverian on the entire hood. I think you will see a difference in look between the AIO/PS side and the AIO/RMG/PS side! :2thumbs:

That's a good idea!!

i have a nighthawk black pearl rsx and i did aio, rmg, then topped with souveran. looked absolutley amazing, so deep but not as wet as nattys blue. nattys blue and souveran will give two different looks, nattys is wet while souveran is more deep. i actually prefer souveran

Lets see if I got it right...

Natty's Blue= WET!

Pinnacle Souveran=DEEP!

What can I expect from P21S? :o

Like Scott Vm with a polishing Pad and RMG with a finishing pad by PC here.

As for the Souveran being deep and the Natty's Blue wet that why I have been topping the above combo with both.

P21s is deep and wet and clear but not the extremes of the other two above.

I have a new jar of P21S and want to try the AIO, RMG, wax combo. I really want to go with the Souveran but I'm waithing for it to go on sale. Will there be a big difference if I go with the P21S and not the Souveran?

For me there is quite a big difference. When I first got my black car I was using the P21s I had from previous cars, and when I changed to Souveran I could tell.

I really new to the PC but I use VM on a polishing pad but I find that RMG works better for me by hand and also I apply Souverian by hand also. I'm going to have to try some Natty!!

Work the RMG on a finishing pad until it disapears into the paint, needing hardly any removal. I find a little goes a long way. Once the pad is primed you only need to add a small amout extraper panel. Found it lots easier this way than by hand. Where as with the VM I find that easy by hand or PC.

Does RMG have any cleaners in it? I have never used it. Would it be ok to apply it over SG without it removing the SG.
