Are these products easier to apply and buff than your typical Carnuba wax?



Is my Zymol Carbon a waste now, or can I apply it over my final coat of SG? Is there any drawback to this, if it can be done?
 
You can apply any type of carnuba based wax over top of SG(Souveran, Zymol Carbon etc) and it will give it a deeper shine, and the layers of klasse underneath will provide protection.
 
Carnuba will just about always give a good shine(depending if its real carnuba)Just how long it will last is adifferent story
 
you can just reapply the carnuba wax every month or so(or whenver u feel like it) and then about every six months, you should strip the Klasse and start over, since 6 months seems to be the length of time Klasse will last.

First you wash the car with whatever you want. Preferably car wash soap, of course. :D Then you apply the AIO. You really only need one coat of that since its basicly just a great paint cleaner and good base for the SG. The SG you can layer right after the AIO. There isn't really any cure time on AIO. Let the SG sit on the car for 45 minutes or so before buffing off and wait 24 hours before applying another coat.



That is the prescribed method for Klasse application. You can go as many layers of SG as you want. I wouldn't go more than 5 just because that is pretty much the pinnacle of the SG shine.





edit: I almost forgot. Don't put any carnuba on the SG unless you are finished with your Klasse layers. SG cannot be layered on carnuba. Get all your SG coats on and the go to town with carnuba.
 
to answer your first question, probably not. But it is worth it. Most people don't find it too difficult to remove.

I just did my car over the weekend with Klasse...and the AIO is really easy to apply and remove, but the SG is nearly impossible to completely buff off unless you use some distilled water + microfiber (and its still quite difficult even with the water).
