Just when things were looking up!

I woke up today to watch the news and the local weather man here in NEPA said rain today and then tomorrow in the 50's....then in the upper 70's to low 80's for Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun. I ordered some supplies and was getting ready to begin the detailing season. I thought things were looking up until.....I woke up from a mid afternoon nap (yes, it is a dreary sleepy day) and found this....

Ah, the white stuff ! We have the white stuff for nearly 6 months out of the year, so I can relate. That said, fixed shop location is your friend :)

Today was the first time in 160 days that we've hit 80 in Dallas, second longest stretch ever. Some areas of the metroplex got 6-12" of snow over the weekend to start spring this year.

New York has been hit with rain for the past 3 days. I hate rescheduling! Rain is only good when you've been on a 8 day stretch and your hands need a break. :)

This whole winter has been a rescheduling nightmare. The Dallas area is generally detailing friendly even in the winter. Not so this year. I actually had several reschedules because it was flat out too cold to work.

:grinno: Sorry, that just sounds funny, seeing as I see -60F every winter for at least a few days at a time.

I don't live up north on purpose. Dallas is too cold in the winter for me. Hell, so is Phoenix.
