Just switched from Zaino to Megs

I really don't care how much M105 dusts for me, I'll still use it as its the best performing compound out there.

Right now I just KBM with M105, QEW wipedown or Z6 for the surface dust, followed by M205, a wash to get dust or polish residue out of seams. Then Z5pro followed by Z8.

I still have Zaino in my arsenal, but since I discovered Collinite 845, it's all my vehicles wear. It's very cheap, super easy to use, looks great and lasts forever. And my favorite part: the most awesome beading I've ever seen...

I frankly don't have time to mix a little ZFX with some Z2 Pro, then apply it, layer this, add a spritz of that, wait 15 minutes, add another layer of that, then do a wipe down with something else.

Not knocking the product. It's a very good product. Just takes too much time.

I need to pick up some CS, and some Z8. I have full bottles of Z2, and Z5 pro and the ZFX kit chillin in my garage. I've used ZFX'd Z5 on my moonlit blue car once, and it shined like crazy. Looked good, but I think with Zaino, it's all about the layers. I'm just a busy person, and don't always have time to be layering on an LSP just to get a good look.

I literally got the same look from 1 coat of P21s Concourse as 3 coats of Z5pro...

I mean, I couldn't tell a difference at least.

I'll still continue to use it though, and probably will for when customers request a sealant rather than a wax.

My only complaint with some of the high end waxes is they tend to sweat when it gets hot and leaves the car hazy

turtle wax ice is bad for that. not so much hazy, but it looks like the owner drove through a water sprinkler
