Update: I went in this morning and everything worked out fine. All the fire I had on Friday had cooled down so that was good. Anyway, they fixed the rear bumper gap (it was the wrong part) and said that they really didn't think that they scratched the bumper but said that they would touch it up for me. They were real nice about the whole thing so I said that it was OK and I'll do the touch up myself. They even gave me a tour of the place so I got to see lots of very expensive cars being worked on. That was cool. There was a pink Ferrari there. The donuts and coffee they served to me was good too. The guy said that I was the first customer in 26 years to ask to not have the car washed. That surprised me because from what I've read here a lot of guys request that. Oh well,... I feel a little silly now because I got all riled up from reading horror stories here but it wasn't that way at all.
So everything's cool now. They were nice and offered to fix the scratch so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let bygones by bygones. They do good work so I want to continue going there whenever I have a problem. My rear bumper looks 100% perfect now. Woohoo!
RAG will get my car next. I hope he doesn't scratch it. haha. just kidding.:nana:
