just ordered the crspotless today

I've had it with having a daily driven m3 and keeping it in pimpin condition at all times. I've got a whole detailing arsenal including pc with ten pads, menzerna twins, the whole p21s line, most of the 1z line and lots and lots of MF including waffle weaves and the new monster fluffies from detailers paradise (my fav). Despite all this, I've come to the conclusion I need something to simplify my detailing and life in general.

I used to use a small blower after rinsing to dry my car but wasted about 20 mins and only managed to get about 85% of all the hidden water out NO MATTER HOW GOOD OR LONG I DRY. The last straw came when I drove my car the day after washing it on sunday and came out to notice the dependable hard water spots all over the car that come out from driving. I decided this was the week so I called up John at crspotless.com to order up my kit. John actually used to be a customer of mine and he was surprised to hear from me and after catching up a little I had my kit on the way.

I will post up my impressions in the next week or so once I get around to using it but I hope it is what I expect. I am tired of turning the other cheek after washing my car because I don't want to notice any spots.

Well that was fast, got the kit today after ordering it yesterday since I'm in socal. I got it all hooked up ready to go for this weekend. I can't wait and nobody gives a damn haha. Nite guys

Ok, first impressions:

-The unit is very industrial looking. I like it b/c it's not a mickey mouse system, it looks like it means business.

-The filter housings are bigger than I thought, so it's gotta work right?

-preliminary testing is looking very good considering this was my first time giving it a quick test and there is a small learning curve

Full review coming in a separate thread once I get a chance for further review :)

I just found out about these systems over on the detaling forums at Roadfly. I like the idea and reviews over there seem to be all positive.

That is to say the device works as advertised. I think I'm getting one.

Look foward to your review.

Read the link (thanks) and it's another positive review. About the only thing I've heard bad about these unit's is the $$.

But given the time and energy using this setup, I think it's worth while.

I got my system a couple weeks ago and it works as advertised.

I got the 300 gallon unit. I think there is a bit of a learning curve in ensuring that you rinse completely. On Sunday, I washed the Cobra and Excursion..and overnight it rained, leaving me with the spotty pollen look. I pulled out the pressure washer and CR unit. I did a quick rinse and went to work. I drove the Cobra and noticed some spots from road dust from my trip, but the Ex dried nice and clear.

One more note. I set mine with with quick connects on everything so set up is easier.
