Just ordered Leatherique kit

From Dwayne @ AG. Super nice guy to work with, and hopefully he reads this post so he can see!



I could only really afford the 16oz kit, typically how many applications can I get with this 16oz kit? Also, what is the shelf life of this stuff? It's starting to get cool out now so my plan was to let it bake in the sun but with summer coming to an end I might need to wait till next summer to do the application!



The process seems to be in depth, does anyone have technique for this?
 
How to Clean Leather best HowTo I know of for Leatherique.



I seem to remember members mentioning using quite an abundance of the Rejuvinator oil for each seat. The instructions even call for 2-4 ounces PER SEAT. So count on doing between 4 and 8 seats..
 
I bought the stuff in mind to just do the leather in my Mustang which is essentially four seats. I just need to deep clean it, and make it soft again! If this doesn't work.....!



Should I leave the heat on inside of the car since we probably wont get to many hot days left?

So long as the sun is out and your windows are rolled up, I would imagine it will get plenty hot enough in the car so long as you do the treatment soon. It is still mid August, I can't imagine needing to wait till next year.
 
i used the stuff pretty sparingly on my moms rdx... but that car is only a year old.



i will be using it on my dads audi however. just have to find the time. i plan on being much more liberal with it.
 
Wow I just went to the Leatherique website...and they have the 32oz kit for only $65.00!



Why do places like AG sell the 32oz kit for $90??



If i knew I could have gotten the 32oz kit for $65 I wouldnt have bought the 16oz kit from AG for $65
 
AG's kit comes with additional MF towels, applicators and a hand brush.



I think leatherique's kit just comes with the two liquids.



Their 16 ounce "kit" is 40 dollars on leatherique's page. So A.G added 25 dollars worth of products to their kit.

This is very true. Plus I get to help a an aftermarket dealer out! Not trying to stir up trouble just really surprised to see Leatherique's site so cheap for their product!
