I just wanted to make sure a few things.

I have a set of polished rims and I tried mothers mag and mother billet polish to polish them out. Both of them didn't turn black so that means the rims have a clear coat on them, correct? So, I went on using eagle 1 polish. Did I do the correct thing? And if my rims are clear coated, I don't need to seal it with any correct? Thanks.

If you wheels are indeed clearcoated then you should treat them just like you would your paint. If you are trying to polish them then an abrasive polish that you would actually use on the paint would suffice. You should seal them as well just like paint. Clear coat is not Armor, it does wear away on paint and the same goes for the wheels.
