I haven't touched the car (except for Shell Station washes) since last October. The car didn't look bad at all. But, the OCD part of me wanted to "do" the car.
First I worked High Temp Light into the worst of the minor swirls. I then tried PB Pro Polish but found that it was the dickens to remove. Went back to Light Cut for the rest of the car.
Next was a work-up with AIO. The Avalon was looking nice now. A coat of 4* UPP was the final step. I waited almost an hour (very tough to do) to remove it with MF's.
The car looks brand new - it's a 2000 model with over 50K miles.
