After practice on low value cars, I am now working on my real car. I first clayed it. Then polished it using menzerma intensive polish and the orange pad. I then used a little more intensive with the yellow pad. Then I used final polish using the white pad. PC set at 3.5.
I took a before and after picture of the trunk lid. This was done in my garage below a 100 watt light. I purposfully tried to take a close up of the surface to really get a good picture of the swirls.
I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There are still some blemishes in the paint. It is smooth and I have no idea what they are. And they don't come out.
What do you think? Is this what everyone would expect? If I can do better, How?
