Awesome job as usual Joy. I was going to try the Hyper Dress... How do the two compare? Shine, durability, dilution, etc? Thanks

Two totally different types of dressings.

In my opinion, Hyper Dressing looks better. Even with a high gloss dillution, it looks more even, and since it has a thin viscosity, it spreads very well to the point that every section of a surface, when dried, looks even and dressed.

Eagle One's new tire shine is a gel. Think enough where it can be sprayed from a bottle, but thick enough where you can squirt it lightly around the tire and it'll hold. Once you spray it onto the tire's sidewall, you need to use a foam tire swipe and massage it into all the grooves well, if not you'll have missed areas. One plus on this, is that even when I over applied and did not buff off, I still did not get any sling. It dries to a hard coating.

I use 3M green masking tape. I prefer it over their blue painters because it adheres better to surfaces. Unfortunately, it also leaves more residue than painter's tape.

I use it for a number of things. I use it on the hood seams to block out dust from getting into the clean engine. I tape over emblems as to not gunk them up or let them catch my pad and chew it up. I tape off plastic areas so I don't let my pad spin over it and possible burn the plastic. I also tape curvy sharp edges and can possible burn if my tilted pad came in contact with it.

Its a measure of precaution is all.
