jetski swirl removal

ok, on the plastic front where my compartment is, i have swirls on the black plastic paint. Its clearcoated, but i do not know how thick it is and im afraid to use something way too abrasive to get the swirls out. Any suggestions, the swirls arent too bad, and btw, this will be done by hand(i have smr, fi2, medallion cleaner, and meguiars #81 hand polish).



Also, what wax for the top area, im using collinite fleetwax for the gelcoat and hull, but it doesn't look that great on black and red. Should i use klasse aio, sg, then s100 to prevent waterspotting or just use #20?

I'm thinking maybe trying Plexus. I don't think you'll have to worry about it being too abrasive at all. Can it remove more than light scratches is the question.
