Jet Black 2011 328i, 2-step correction

RaskyR1

Rasky's Auto Detailing
The owner of this BMW contacted me last winter about getting his car looking back to the way it should. After purchasing the car it had been damaged on the drivers side by a valet at a restaurant. After the body shop repaired it along with several repeated attempts to remove the swirls/holograms, the owner had enough and sought help online, which was how he found me.

Process:

Wash - Foamed with OPC/CGCW followed by 2BM wash and CGCW

Wheels - P21S Gel and various brushes

Tires - OPC, dressed with Hyper Dressing 3:1

Clay - Blackfire Clay and M34 as lube

Initial correction step - D300/M105 mix on the GG6 with Megs MF cutting pads

Finishing Step - PO85RD via rotary and Blue LC pads

Protection - Blackfire Wet Diamond

Nice work as always Chad. This threads reminds me that I need to get covers for my garage toys. The dust is becoming unbearable.

That upside down reflection pic is awesome! Nice job Chad. Looks like you're a bit backed up on write-ups!

Thanks Guys!

David, the owner would kill me if I didn't cover all his toys up. He was complaining a little that the sheets were full of dust the other day too...

Excellent as always! I imagine by now the car is swirled to hell. :(

Hopefully not. I gave him some good article on proper washing/care and he was going to purchase all the gear he needed too.

Very nice work! If you mind me asking, did you follow the same 2-step process on the bumpers as well?

Yes, same process but with smaller pads....I think I used the DA in a few areas too though.
