It's a good thing the house doesn't have wheels....

So 'yer runnin things' around yer place, right? You doin the cookin 'n the kitchen KP too? :)

Heh heh, I sometimes feel that I'm "running things" in the same sense that the household staff and grounds crew "run things" at a big estate ;)

And nah...Accumulatorette cooks supper, though I can whip up anything I'd want (simple tastes), as I do when she's out of town.

Speaking of "Detailing the House" and my kitchen, I just did the countertops/island/backsplash and the stuff on them this morning, only took a couple of hours since the nightly clean-up keeps things decent (but OK, I didn't fully disassemble the cooktop or the toaster, this was just a quickie).

I once waxed the plastic drip tray under the dish rack (no dish washing machine here, folks). I did forget to follow up to see the results (one side was polymer sealant, and the other just plain wax).

My gal is a bit of a neat freak. She cooks almost every night and ALMOST disassembles the stove. The repairman came once to do a burner replacement, and was shocked to see that it went bad so soon, assuming the stove was fairly new. His mouth dropped when he learned it was over 10 years old.

Oh, and I have waxed all the mirrors at her house too. :)

JustJesus- Good on her for keeping the stove clean, that can get really nasty in no time if neglected, and then it'll just never clean up decently.

No mirror waxing here, I'm cleaning them so often that I'd just clean off the wax.
